August 4-5, 2012 Everett trip

Brian worked on Saturday morning and then we were off to Everett for his teams state softball tournament. After the first game (a loss) we had a break and went to Mukultio (sp) and enjoyed the ferries and some Ivars.

Then the second game was a win!

After that we had another break to check into our hotel, shower and cool off from the hot day until the next game at 5 something... which was a loss :( and the tournament was over for Gray's Electric. We went back to the hotel and hit the pool for some swimming, Brian ran out for some dinner and we enjoyed our room for the evening. The next day Brian suprised Hudson and I with a special family day at the zoo!



About 10 minutes after leaving the zoo:

Hudson napped until we stopped in Cle-Elum for gas and saw Tow Mater! We had to turn around and get a few pictures of him, we were all excited to see him!

We had a great weekend and completely wiped out for Monday, the way it should be!



Alright, so I'm a year behind and when I try to catch up, I fall farther behind! So here is to a new start and maybe... hopefully keeping up a bit better!

Feb. 8-12, 2011 Seaside

Grandmabear, Hudson and I had a mini vacation at Seaside and had a great time playing on the beach, walking around town, and relaxing!

After a great first train trip, we took Hudson on his first ferry trip!

It was fun to watch Hudson play on the beach I grew up with!

We even made it up Mt. Constitution, but the weather was yucky.

Hudson and I still went to the top to explore and touch the clouds!

First train trip to visit G-Bears... January 2011

so we got to wave to him and he heard

Hudson 'yelling' "goodbye Dad" on my cell.

Hudson was SO EXCITED to ride the train!

Gammabear picked us up in Everett and took

us up to Anacortes to stay for the weekend.
